The Easter Story for 4-7 year olds

The Easter Story (The Brick Bible for Kids) tells the Easter story with Lego Brick illustrations.

The minute I saw this one, I knew I would have to get it for my son. He cannot get enough of lego and the other kids his age at our church are the same. I’m thinking of taking it into church for their sunday school class when Easter arrives.

It looks a great one to help young lego fans really engage with the Easter story in an exciting way. It’s hardback too, so should last you more than a few Easters!

The Garden, the Curtain and the Cross Storybook: The true story of why Jesus died and rose again is popular with Christian parents for a reason. My kids really enjoy this book and it has helped them to understand the biblical story of Easter better than I could have explained it.

I wish this book had been around when I was a kid. It is so well-written, and the illustrations are absolutely beautiful. This book would make a lovely Easter gift for any Christian kid you know.

If you’re after a more traditional telling of the Easter story, then this lovely book is the one. It still has a fun twist though, as it tells the story from the perspective of the donkey who carried Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.

They love lifting the flaps on each page to count all the eggs, making the animal noises along the way, and the ending where the door slams in the Big Bad Wolf’s face!
