How to Create this Safari Sensory Bin
To create this fun Safari Sensory bin, I laid out some green card on the bottom of the sensory bin. Then I added a blue piece in the middle for a river base.
Next, I scrunched up some pieces of green tissue paper, in different shades, and scattered them on top of the green card. Then I did the same with blue tissue paper for the river.
I then added in a handful of green and brown pom poms to the forest area to include another texture. (You might want to leave out the pom poms if your little one still puts things in their mouth!)
I included some twisted up green pipe cleaners to the jungle area to act as vines or snakes!
Then I added a few toilet roll tubes (or a kitchen roll cut in half) to act as logs. You can paint these if you want to make it look more realistic!
Then I hid the safari animals in the sensory bin and laid out my animal flashcards next to the sensory bin.
