Scavenger Hunt

Another fun way to use this activity is to make it into a Scavenger Hunt to find the pieces they need for the construction tool bag! Hide the construction equipment around you home or classroom for your kids to find. This is a fun way to use up some energy, as well as practicing observation skills!

Sensory Bin

A sensory bin is another fun way to play. Simply hide all the construction tool pieces in a sensory bin full of rice or another dry filler.

Then have your kids find them to match from there. This is a great option if your little one is a fan of sensory play. It’s like a game of hide and seek but on a smaller scale.

Quiet Time Craft

And, of course, you can use this activity as a lovely quiet, independent learning activity where you can challenge your kids to create this themselves with their pens, scissors, and glue stick.
