Different Ways to Use your Counting Cards

There are a few fun ways you can use these Preschool Counting Cards to teach your little ones. I love when one resource can do multiple things! You can also laminate them to make them reusable too!

However you choose to use these printables, your kids will be learning to identify numbers and count up to 20, as well as practicing their fine motor skills.

Sensory Bin

If your little one’s love a sensory bin, you can use these cards alongside a construction sensory bin, as the instructions for building towers! Alternatively, you could hide your blocks in a deep sensory bin of rice or shredded paper to be found and then used to build towers.

Counting with Various Blocks

We used these Math Link Cubes from Amazon to make our towers, but you could also use magnetic tiles, wooden blocks, or lego blocks.

I use this activity when I have a few jobs to get on with. I hand out a few construction counting cards to my daughter and her pile of blocks and challenge her to make the towers before I come back!
